We were pleased to see that artist Keith Harrison has just been awarded the £30K Jerwood Open Forest commission. Keith's proposal, entitled 'Joyride', will involve releasing a clay replica of a Rover 75 down a specially contructed ramp in Cannock Chase Forest.
We met Keith last year when we made a series of films for New Expressions 3 - a project about artists working with and responding to museum collections across England. Keith's project 'Heavy Rock' took inspiration from the maritime painting collection at Plymouth City Museum and Art Gallery.
