Location: Rochester Gallery, 95 High Street, Rochester, Kent

On Wednesday 12th October I am hosting a Meet the Artist day at the Rochester Gallery, 95 High Street, Rochester, Kent. My current exhibition 'unpicking places: ways of making', is running until Saturday 15th October.
Please come along and talk to me about the work on show, the work you do, your relationship to Rochester, Chatham and Medway. This exhibition looks at my creative practice via the filter of two flagship regeneration projects, Chatham Placemaking and Rochester Riverside.
If you are just starting out on your creative journey or are thinking about a career in the creative arts, come along and have a chat.
I did my BA Hons in Ceramics at West Surrey College of Art and Design, Farnham (now UCA), having completed a two year foundation course in St Helens, Lancs. I then did my MA in Ceramics at the RCA, after working in a pottery in the Isle of Wight for a year. I have been a self employed artist since then for almost 35 years now, specialising in research -led, public art and interpretation projects within regeneration and urban projects including NHS.
